FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies (FDB) is looking for a service minded and structured colleague to join our global SAP-IT organization as our SAP Functional Architect for the ETO Finance business area including the Project Systems and Finance/Controlling modules as well as integration points with connected modules (SD/MM/PP). This is a strategic role for our company as we embark on a multi-year transformational effort of our global IT and SAP-IT organization.

You will be part of the Global SAP COE within the FDB IT Department. Our SAP S/4Hana environment comprises all current FDB sites worldwide including Denmark, UK, and US locations - based on a global template flexed to address both MTO and ETO process models. You will work together with other highly dedicated and skilled colleagues focused on the mission of ensuring a stable, efficient, and compliant SAP solution. Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

• Act as internal consultant and lead design architect for SAP solution within Project Systems and FI/CO, partner with peers in the IT organization and fellow Functional Architects to align business processes with solution design, leveraging the capabilities of the SAP modules.
• Responsible for the full systems development lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation of various functional architecture solutions. Translate overall business process requirements to SAP configuration. Understand non-SAP business systems integrated with SAP in the ETO and Finance process area.
• Work closely with our businesses and functional groups to properly diagnose and resolve issues within the ETO, Project Systems and Finance functional areas and connected business processes.
• Interfacing with other CoE Functional Architects, assist business leadership teams in implementing strategic improvements to SAP. Act as a management consultant with the business in shaping new initiatives, ensuring clear requirements, appropriate priorities and sound solution strategies that are aligned with business goals, best practices and SAP standard functionality. Support the identification and prioritization of enhancement opportunities to standardize/improve processes and system configuration that supports the customer-focused approach but ensures compliance to the business management goals and objectives.
• Lead, support, and provide oversight of project initiatives to expand the usage of the SAP solution to improve and expand processes across the enterprise.
• Mentor business superusers to increase their competency in SAP.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications And Education

• B.Sc within finance, computer science, business administration, engineering or similar, preferably with background in financial management of engineer to order processes; Msc within finance, computer science, business administration, engineering or similar preferred.
• 5 years of operation and maintenance of IT systems, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with financial management within an engineer-to-order process; IT Projects and administration of IT systems Documented ISO and cGMP understanding and knowledge to GAMP
  
  

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Passionate about using technology to improve business outcomes for our customers. Understanding user needs and insights with an ability to translate these system requirements specifically to reduce manual tasks.
• Quality minded, structured with strong analytical skills, strong networking and interpersonal skills, high sense of responsibility
• Current SAP configuration experience in PS and FI/CO modules.
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry experience.
• Business process analysis and redesign experience: strong business analysis skills; process mapping; business process redesign and implementation. Focused on promoting process best practices.
• Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support
• Works well with teams or in a team environment, with the ability to work independently.
• Proven team leadership, mentoring, and project management skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex messages and drive alignment on the product direction.
• Ability to stay motivated in a fast-moving environment where priorities change and with a requirement to deliver results.
• Independent and self-motivated with a desire for continuous learning.
• Fluency in English is required as we are an international company
