Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Secret Cleared Desktop Support Technician to join one of their top federal clients on a large defensive weaponry program. This individual will be joining the Information Services team and will be supporting the Mission of Strategic Deterrence through continuous improvements and innovation. Some of your responsibilities would include:
- Address technical issues within a help desk setting
- Collaborate with both internal and external users and organizations to meet customer user-level needs, including resolving support requests and exploring and implementing advanced technologies
- Handle access requests for user accounts and other desktop support tasks
- Utilize automated tools and scripts where feasible to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Offer technical support, training, and system documentation to users to ensure the effective use of applications
- Perform additional tasks as required

Skills And Requirements
- 3 years' experience in an IT Helpdesk or related environment
- Active Secret Clearance
- CompTIA Sec Certification
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a help desk environment
- Skilled in collaborating with internal and external users and organizations to fulfill customer user-level needs, including addressing end-user support requests and investigating and implementing advanced technologies
- Proficient in handling access requests for user accounts and performing various desktop support tasks
- Adept at creating training materials and system documentation to ensure the effective use of applications - Bachelor's Degree in a technical field
- Experience utilizing and working within Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience working on a Service/Help Desk team and can demonstrate great customer service
- Previous DoD experience null
