We’re looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to be a key player in Fayetteville, Wilmington, NC Or Raleigh, NC . In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for distribution design and constructability, ensuring our design packages meet client expectations. You’ll also work closely with clients and our team to discuss project execution and lead our team towards continuous improvement.
It would be great if you have some familiarity with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software, experience with PDF editing tools like Bluebeam, and knowledge of drafting software such as BOUD. Understanding pole loading software like Poleforeman, OCALC, or Spidacalc would also be a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Elecrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
- At least 3 years of experience in electrical distribution design for utilities.
- Experience in design review, client support, and voltage drop calculations.
- Leadership and mentoring experience.
- Valid driver's license with no restrictions; willing to travel up to 25% within the region.
