Responsibilities
- Provide scheduled and ad-hoc asset management assessments, reports, briefings.
- Manage, update, and deliver the Corporate Product List (CPL), to include processing CPL requests and delivering reports
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards, requirements, and processes
- Coordinate full inspections, audits, and compliance planning requirements
- Document and deliver mitigation plans, plans of action, and reports in response to inspections and audits
- Provide recommendations and implement IT Information Assurance and Information Management procedures for policy compliance of workforce
- Track all licenses and maintenance agreements for deployment compliance on all networks
- Monitor and report license consumption, to include tracking purchasing and funding
- Document all software license details to include type of software, version, number of licenses authorized and in use, procurement and costing data, software expiration date, customer POCs, etc., in a repository and report metrics
- Provide process improvement recommendations, technical feedback, and new approaches for licensing agreement terms, software renewals, compliance, and related processes.
- Recommend business process improvements
- Support the Government in Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) management efforts, to include its purchasing, tracking, and management for all software asset activities
- Other duties as required
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Doctorate Degree and 8 years or more of related experience
- Master’s Degree and 10 years of experience or Bachelor’s Degree and 12 years of experience can be substituted in place of Doctorate degree requirement
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Experience relating to software asset management, management of enterprise licensing to include execution, agreements, licensing, and user software interaction across large scale IT domains
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication and coordination skills
- Travel Required: CONUS and OCONUS may be required; Up to 10%
