Amentum is seeking a Senior Logistics Management Specialist to support an upcoming INSCOM G-4 Global Intelligence Logistics and Engineering (GILE) Support contract. These services will support tactical, operational, and strategic intelligence units, personnel and their ground and aerial intelligence equipment and operations facilities and infrastructure and may occur from multiple locations simultaneously.

Amentum is seeking a Senior Logistics Management Specialist to support an upcoming INSCOM G-4 Global Intelligence Logistics and Engineering (GILE) Support contract. These services will support tactical, operational, and strategic intelligence units, personnel and their ground and aerial intelligence equipment and operations facilities and infrastructure and may occur from multiple locations simultaneously.
Essential Duties
- Utilize Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS).
- Utilize Global Combat Support System- Army (GCSS-A).
- Utilize Army Materiel Status System (AMSS).
- Expertise with basic military logistics, supply and maintenance shop operations.
- Subject Matter Expert in Property Book or equivalent utilizing an Accountable Property System of Record, i.e., GCSS- A, DPAS, or other online database.
- Ability to multi-task effectively, prioritize and execute against multiple priorities.
- Advanced knowledge of databases and spreadsheets; excellent data entry skills.
- Analyzing and evaluating (on a quantitative and qualitative basis) support required to sustain operations at alternative locations.
- Develop life cycle cost analysis, estimates and alternatives.
- Research operational requirements to develop logistics plans and stationing criteria.
- Integrate logistics planning initiatives into supportable programming documentation.
- Develop plans to field and sustain equipment.
- Develop authorization documents to support new equipment fielding.
- Must possess a U.S government Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI). Some positions may require a polygraph.
- A Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Business Administration or a related field from an accredited college or university with 10 years of experience in military Logistics or civilian equivalent training and fourteen (14) years’ experience.
- Fluent in the English language includes the ability to read, write, and comprehend relevant documentation.
- Military 92A, 92Y and/or 92Z training/experience desired.
- Detailed knowledge and understanding in customs, tariffs, and duties.Knowledgeable in customs control and capable of interfacing with foreign customs authorities to expedite movement of parts through the customs process, with minimal delays.
- Advance experience and skills operating MS-Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point.
