The office is located in Hillsborough, NJ with an attached electrical warehouse. You will have your own cubicle, phone, and laptop. The work environment includes a 90/10 office-to-site ratio with office hours from 7am to 5pm. The company offers bonus potential, low turnover rates, and a supportive family-owned atmosphere. Employees receive two weeks of paid vacation and paid Union holidays.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $57.69 - $72.11/hr.

- Assist in purchasing major packages
- Provide engineering and layout support
- Schedule and monitor job progress with monthly cost-to-complete reports
- Schedule manpower
- Review and process submittals
- Price and negotiate change orders
- Act as Project Safety Administrator
- 10 years of electrical construction experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Commercial construction background
- Project management
- Construction management
- Experience with electrical circuits and components
- Blueprint reading
- Estimation
- Purchasing
- Schedule management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent client communication skills
- Ability to travel to project sites
- Competency to run jobs ranging from $100K to $5 million
- Ability to supervise and coordinate Union subcontractors
