We are seeking a talented Senior Python Engineer | Platform Engineering Automation & AI Software to join our team and contribute to the development of our next-generation marketing automation ecosystem. In this role, you will work on a dynamic development team, leveraging rich marketing data to build personalization and recommendation engines. Additionally, you will integrate automation tools into the Siemens marketing ecosystem.

The salary range for this position is $105,100 to $189,200 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training. Key Functions
- Develop and enhance our marketing automation ecosystem.
- Utilize marketing data to create personalized experiences and recommendation engines.
- Integrate automation tools within the Siemens marketing framework.
- Extensive professional experience in Python development, with a proven track record of building scalable software solutions.
- Strong expertise in data marts such as Snowflake or Redshift, with working knowledge of SQL.
- Deep experience with AWS services, particularly Bedrock and microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in AI modeling and leveraging AWS Web Services for AI-driven solutions.
- Hands-on experience in data flow monitoring using CloudWatch metrics and creating monitoring dashboards.
- Significant background in building and maintaining marketing automation services.
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Previous experience working in an Agile development environment.
