Johnson & Johnson Heart Recovery is recruiting for a Senior Software Engineer specializing in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (eWM) to join our expanding team. The position is a hybrid role in Danvers, MA.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $106,250 to $143,750.
Additional Description For Pay Transparency
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401k).This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program. Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits: Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year. Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year. Job Description
Johnson & Johnson Heart Recovery is recruiting for a Senior Software Engineer specializing in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (eWM) to join our expanding team. The position is a hybrid role in Danvers, MA.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the logistics team to understand and document business requirements.
- Design SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions, including both configuration and custom development
- Configure SAP EWM and work with SAP developers to deliver custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows
- Test and troubleshoot SAP EWM to ensure alignment with documented business processes and requirements.
- Actively participate in end-to-end testing and go-live activities
- Provide support for production SAP solutions
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of new warehouse projects
- Stay current with SAP EWM developments and best practices
- 4 years of experience working on SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions in either a functional or development role
- Strong understanding of SAP Extended Warehouse Management functions
- Ability to independently design, configure, enhance, test, and implement SAP EWM solutions
- Experience in meeting with business stakeholders and translating requirements into technical solutions
- Proficiency in SAP configuration and custom development for EWM
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel 25% (for on-site implementations and team buildings)
- Understanding of XPS™ Cross-Carrier Packing and Shipping function
- Experience working with Medical Devices
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5 development
