The ServiceNow System Administrator will operate as part of the IT Business Office team to support the current and future operational needs of BCBSKS. - This position will be hired at the System Administrator or Senior System Administrator level.
- This position is eligible to work hybrid (9 or more days a month onsite) in accordance with our Telecommuting Policy. Applicants must reside in Kansas or Missouri or be willing to relocate as a condition of employment.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document requirements
- Design, configure, and deploy forms and workflows in the ServiceNow environment
- Perform unit, system, and integration testing of ServiceNow processes
- Create and maintain documentation for the ServiceNow solution
- Configure and support integrations between ServiceNow and other software solutions
- Adhere to established best practices and standard operating procedures
- Assist with designing, developing, and supporting the CMDB within ServiceNow
- Provide guidance to users regarding how to utilize the ServiceNow platform
- Assist with implementing additional modules of the ServiceNow platform
- HS Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field preferred.
- 5 years of experience in Information Technology required.
- 2 years as a ServiceNow administrator preferred.
- ServiceNow Administrator certification preferred
- CMDB development/maintenance experience preferred
