- Manage personnel for safe and efficient production supply, warehouse and outside storage, and all inbound and outbound shipments
- Ensures inventory controls are in place to maintain inventory accuracy
- Maintain a safe, sanitary and secure plant
- Services finished product away from all production operations
- Maintain dock and storage facilities in an orderly, organized manner
- Ensure proper loading and unloading of trailers
- Working with other departments for continuous improvements
- Ensures adherence to safety and GMP policies and standards
- Performs other work-related duties as assigned
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize, balance workload, and meet deadlines in timely fashion
- Collaboration skills and ability to work with inter-departmental teams
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in similar field
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Basic experience of Microsoft Office and SAP
