Reporting to the Senior Director of Engineering, the Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing talent management, including performance evaluations, hiring, retention, and employee development. This role will advocate for modern development practices such as DevOps culture, continuous learning, and innovation sprints to ensure the team remains aligned with industry trends. Additionally, the Engineering Manager will implement and refine Agile processes, including Kanban or Scrumban methodologies, and drive Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) initiatives. They will define and deliver impactful changes that will revolutionize the color world, with the flexibility to work in a hybrid environment. This role is hybrid and will based in our Carlstadt, NJ, USA headquarters.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $125,000 - $135,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.

- Project Management : Develop project specifications, estimate costs and timelines, oversee the software development lifecycle, monitor application metrics, and manage beta testing programs.
- Agile Process Leadership : Implement and refine Agile processes, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and promote cross-functional collaboration.
- Collaboration : Promote teamwork, facilitate interaction between global software teams, and serve as a technical liaison between software, hardware, and product teams.
- Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, 5 years of relevant experience, strong understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and solid grasp of modern software concepts.
