Primary Responsibilities
- Perform advanced data analytics to identify insights that can be incorporated into strategic recommendations for improving member health care experience
- Work in a cross-disciplinary environment to embed analytics into strategies that address business problems through data-driven solutions
- Develop solid relationships with stakeholders to define business questions, develop hypotheses and design experiments to improve member outcomes
- Clearly communicate complex findings and make recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
- Support data acquisition and integration necessary to execute analytics projects
- Understand and explain drivers of survey outcomes
- Bring disparate data together with knowledge of health care and government policy to develop and communicate sound business recommendations to leaders throughout the organization
- Provide guidance to junior level data scientists on best practices and methodologies
- Self-motivated and demonstrates an innate ability to absorb new concepts, technical frameworks, program paradigms while employing them creatively to solve complex analytical problems
- Critical thinker- this position will need to evaluate merits of new and innovative ideas and make sound decisions
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of professional experience in developing analytical solution using techniques such as machine learning, text mining/analysis, simulations, hypothesis testing, etc.
- 3 years of professional experience with programming languages
- 3 years of professional experience applying data analysis to solve business problems
- 2 years of professional experience communicating analytic results to stakeholders
- Experience with Medicare Advantage products or the healthcare industry
- Experience working with survey data
- Proven solid communicator - this role will need to be comfortable presenting program objectives, process, and performance in multiple setting
- Proven solid relationship building skills with internal and practice teams to drive goal alignment

Salary : $89,800 - $176,700
