Description
- Design, configure, and maintain the organization's network infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and scalability.
- Oversee systems administration tasks, including server deployment, maintenance, performance tuning, and disaster recovery planning.
- Lead support initiatives, ensuring efficient resolution of end-user issues and maintaining high levels of user satisfaction.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for network, system, and desktop operations.
- Serve as the technical lead on IT projects, coordinating between internal teams and external vendors to meet project milestones and deliverables.
- Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Perform regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement security measures in accordance with best practices and compliance requirements.
- Stay abreast of new technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements to infrastructure and processes.
- Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for complex network, system, and desktop issues.
- Collaborate with senior management to align IT infrastructure with business strategy and objectives.
Education
Required
- Bachelors or better in Information Technology
Required
- 5-7 years:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- 5-7 years:
- Experience with virtualization technologies and containerization.
- 5-7 years:
- Expertise in firewall configuration, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and security practices.
- 5-7 years:
- Deep understanding of networking protocols, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and cloud services (AWS, Azure).
- 5-7 years:
- Proven management or leadership experience, with a track record of leading successful IT projects and teams.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCNP, MCSE, CompTIA Network ) are highly desirable.
