The Supply Chain Analyst will primarily support CivicaScript in ensuring the efficient and compliant flow of products to meet member's needs. Working in partnership with Quality Assurance, Business Development, Commercial, Private Label Manufacturers (PLMs), and Civica's Third-Party Logistics (3PL) provider, this position is primarily responsible for ensuring supply chain processes and tasks are completed successfully, with a high degree of quality, and in a timely manner, with specific focus on new product implementation for both Civica Script and Civica Inc.

Job Description
The Supply Chain Analyst will primarily support CivicaScript in ensuring the efficient and compliant flow of products to meet member's needs. Working in partnership with Quality Assurance, Business Development, Commercial, Private Label Manufacturers (PLMs), and Civica's Third-Party Logistics (3PL) provider, this position is primarily responsible for ensuring supply chain processes and tasks are completed successfully, with a high degree of quality, and in a timely manner, with specific focus on new product implementation for both Civica Script and Civica Inc.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end supply chain of finished products from procurement through distribution to members.
- Manage the new product implementation process to ensure all launch activities are completed to meet member requirements.
- Investigate, create, report, and drive progress on non-conformances and remediation, including root cause analysis and implementation of both corrective and preventive measures, and track progress of investigations through to completion.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of deployed solutions including SOPs and Work Instructions.
- Assist with 3PL warehouse delivery scheduling, warehousing, order fulfillment, and shipment of products to members.
- Utilizes continuous improvement to optimize existing processes, create and document standard work where possible to ensure requirements are met.
- Assists in managing an accurate inventory of warehouse goods (i.e. on hand quantity meeting demand, expiration dates, etc.); including procuring and maintaining logistics dimensions of inventory stored in the warehouses.
- Perform project management for various supply chain activities including new product launches, serialization and ERP implementation.
- Coordinate with Civica warehouses and contract manufacturers to manage damages and returns process.
- Bachelor's degree in related area and 2 years in Supply Chain and/or Project Management in a cGMP environment.
- Advanced computer applications skills (Excel, Word, Visio, ERPs, and PP).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large sets of data and present data to all levels of the organization.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills with the ability to speak and communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and senior management and front-line staff personnel.
- Experience with pharmaceutical logistics preferred.
- Experience in the implementation or use an ERP/ MRP is preferred.
- Project Management, Operational Excellence, and/or Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred.
