Aston Carter seeking a talented individual for an analytical role within a supply chain setting for one of our esteemed clients in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience or relevant internship experience, strong project management skills, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Responsibilities include overseeing order management, maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, supporting supply chain initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in an analytical role within a supply chain setting or relevant internship experience
• Proven project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and allocate resources effectively
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, specifically in a supply chain environment
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead a team on multiple projects
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce is a plus
  
  

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall order management, including handling order changes, quality or shipment claims, and sample requests
• Maintain effective communication with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth operations
• Support supply chain initiatives and implement new process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to engage stakeholders and allocate resources efficiently
• Take on additional ad hoc projects as assigned
  
  

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
