What You'll Do
- Provide day-to-day application support for the Justice Case Management Application, troubleshooting issues and resolving user inquiries
- Maintain and optimize Microsoft Server and IIS environments to ensure optimal application performance and availability
- Administer and support Windows Server 2019 environments, including patching, updates, and security configurations
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation of tasks, system monitoring, and application deployment
- Design, develop, and support SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) reports to meet user and business requirements
- Write complex SQL queries and stored procedures to update, insert, and retrieve data from SQL Server databases
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to implement application upgrades, patches, and enhancements
- Participate in project planning and execution related to the Justice Case Management Application
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
What You'll Need
- Microsoft Server and IIS Support Windows 2019 Server Support PowerShell
- Scripting Develop and Support SSRS Reports
- Able to write complex queries and stored procedures to update and insert into SQL tables
- Develop and support integrations in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) with Visual Studio
- Writes queries that produce XML data; write queries that select values and attributes from XML data
- Experience with database performance tuning and optimization
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and incident management processes
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., Azure, AWS)
- Knowledge of security best practices for Windows Server and SQL Server
- Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git)
- Experience with application monitoring tools
- Experience with troubleshooting complex application issues
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
