- PSC WorkSmarter: An Appian, Blue Prism, and Oracle based platform that hosts various federal applications, including case management, reports, dashboards, workload tracking, agreement processing, budget formulation, and electronic file repositories
- PSC OneView: A Salesforce-based platform that hosts various federal applications that support project planning, travel planning, intraoffice communication, and intake and badging
- Work with end users and product owners to determine current business processes and identify ways that they can be improved via the use of information technology
- Document current and to-be process designs via the use of flow charts, ERDs, org charts, UI wireframes, and product roadmaps
- Analyze current processes and examine ways they can be improved by identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements
- Perform gap analysis to determine where current software applications do not meet either the current or future needs of end users
- Validate design with users by providing proof of concepts and prototypes of proposed solutions
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical team, ensuring clear communication and understanding to t ranslate business needs to technical requirements for software development
- Groom requirements, estimate story points, establish acceptance criteria, and assist with scheduling and planning releases
- Provide the development team with business system subject matter expertise throughout the development lifecycle
- Assist with development in Appian, Blue Prism, Appian RPA, Oracle, and Salesforce
- Create functional and technical documentation for both end users and technical staff
- Hold training sessions and provide end user support
- The base salary range for this position is $70.000- $90,000 . This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. For remote positions, the salary to be offered is geographic dependent.
- Requires a Bachelor's Degree in a related field (i.e. Computer Science, Information Systems, etc)
- Requires 2-4 years of experience working in a software development environment as a business analyst, system analyst, developer, tester, etc
- Experience with the Appian business process modelling platform
- Experience communicating with end users and product owners, and with providing live system support
- Ability to follow directions, take ownership of work, and meet deliverables/deadlines
- Ability to understand complex federal acquisitions and financial concepts and processes
- Experience with the Blue Prism or Appian RPA platforms
- Experience with the project lifecycle development process (analysis, design, code, test, migrate)
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Experience configuring and using Jira for ticket tracking
- Experience leading product demos for and gathering requirements from stakeholders
- Oracle Database 11g/12c/18c/19c/21c, SQL, PL/SQL
- Salesforce, Salesforce Customer Experience Cloud, Salesforce Lightning, MuleSoft
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
