Job Description
Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our Talent Acquisition Team plays a critical role in hiring compassionate people who believe in taking care of our patients, our clients, our care providers, and each other. What does your day look like?
- Partner with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs.
- Develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent based on unique business needs.
- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process and hiring deliverables.
- Utilize data and market analytics to provide status updates and hiring results to hiring managers and key stakeholders.
- Leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, social media, canvassing and other innovative sourcing techniques to identify stellar talent in the market.
- One-year experience in Recruitment or Human Resources
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years of Recruiting Experience preferred
- Experience pipelining and sourcing candidates
- Ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and attention to detail skills
