What's the Job?
- Responsible for business and data analysis in the Global Financial Crimes environment.
- Work effectively in a fully mature agile team.
- Collaborate closely with business partners to define requirements and ensure acceptance criteria is met for application changes.
- Drive requirements gathering by partnering with multiple Technology and business teams.
- Utilize SQL for querying databases and understanding data flows.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst (BA) with 7-10 years; having worked in roles related to financial crimes, risk, or compliance is a big plus.
- Excellent experience and knowledge of SQL and database technologies.
- Familiarity with RDBMS technologies, Teradata, or big data environments such as Hadoop.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a team environment.
