The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.

Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. This position will be hybrid in Wood Dale, IL.
In This Role, a Typical Day Will Look Like
- Build and maintain product expertise across multiple Videojet technologies at the Operator and Basic Maintenance levels.
- Lead both in-person and “virtual classroom” training sessions for beginner to intermediate levels for multiple Videojet products.
- Partner with Senior Technical Trainers to develop and deliver Operator and Basic Maintenance curricula.
- Create and revise instructional content in various media that introduces concepts, drills learners on tasks, and fosters independent execution of learned tasks.
- Write scripts and storyboards for content such as video demonstrations, audio voice-overs, and software demonstrations.
- Bachelor’s Degree (ideally in Adult Education, Educational Technology, Technical Communication, or similar)
- 3 years of experience working with structured text content or equivalent time writing in HTML, XML Markdown, or similar.
- 3 years delivering in-person or virtual trainings on technical topics.
- 3 experience authoring multimedia content using tools such as Articulate or similar.
- Fluent in written English, possessing excellent grammar, and able to adjust style to diverse audiences of various reading levels.
