Key Responsibilities
- Revise Inventory Planning: Update methods for direct shipping and optimize distribution centers.
- Support Leadership: Assist with forecasts, staffing, and equipment needs.
- Innovate Systems: Implement new inventory management approaches.
- Understand Costs: Accurately attribute inventory carrying costs.
- Recommend Movements: Contribute to inventory movement and storage recommendations.
- Optimize Planning: Partner with the distribution team to improve material and storage planning.
- Bridge Departments: Coordinate between Manufacturing and Engineering.
- Collaborate with Procurement: Ensure flawless execution of inventory plans.
- Solve Challenges: Implement solutions for complex supply chain issues.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
- Proven experience in forecasting, inventory management, logistics, procurement, and demand planning.
- Profecient in lean inventory principles and methodologies.
- Knowledge of ERP and SCM software
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, and coordination.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong skills in developing and implementing solutions for complex challenges.
