The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Associate’s degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education in Computer Information Systems or a similar Information Technology program. Appropriate combination of education and experience may be substituted.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with modern frontend languages and frameworks used in web applications such as HTML, CSS (SASS, SCSS), and JavaScript (React, Vue.js).
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with modern backend languages and frameworks used in web applications such as PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter), JavaScript (Node.js), Python (Django, Flask), or Rust (Actix Web, Rocket).
- Proficiency in any flavor of SQL such as MySQL, Oracle SQL, or PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with the concepts of containerization (Docker, Podman), and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
- Knowledge and experience with Linux.
- Knowledge and experience in web application security, vulnerabilities, and hardening.
