Responsibilities

- Plan and install network wireless equipment to support new and emerging requirements.
- Develop solutions for USAFCENT wireless network devices for routing and switching.
- Use USAFCENT provided wireless network devices for routing and switching
- Develop performance standards and support down-range configuration control, network restoration, and quality control.
- Create and maintain heat maps for all locations supported by USAFCENT wireless.
Required Skills and Experience:
High School with 6 - 9 years (or commensurate experience)
- Clearance Required: SECRET
- IAT II certification (CCNA)
- CWNA certification
- 4 years’ experience with military networks: Wireless routing and switching technologies; managing networks with industry standard platforms, network performance analysis, wireless network configuration and troubleshooting; establishing new circuit requirements; and documenting network enterprise, developing continuity folders and as-built drawings . Preferred Skills and Experience
- Top Secret clearance'
