- Some college: in human resources, information systems, business analytics, and/or data analysis or equivalent strongly preferred.
- The availability to work full-time or part-time, hybrid
- Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to conduct data analysis.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Enter, update, and validate system data.
- Audit system transactions.
- Produce technical documentation and conduct additional system maintenance.
- Assist with system testing.
- Create, maintain, and update user documentation and training materials.
- Create and run system reports.
- Conduct workforce data analysis and prepare data for presentation.
- Support the development and maintenance of dashboards to monitor and communicate workforce metrics.
