Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Eyecare Advisor role located in Birmingham, AL. The Eyecare Advisor will be responsible for providing personalized vision care services, assisting customers in selecting eyewear, conducting eye exams, and recommending appropriate eyecare solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of eyecare products and services
- Ability to conduct eye exams
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Certification as an Optician is a plus
- Previous experience in the optical industry
- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
