What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team lead Full Time position at LensCrafters?
We are looking for an experienced leader to join our team. The Team Lead will share in daily responsibilities with the Assistant Manager and Store Market Manager to ensure a 5 star customer and patient experience. You will support in motivating and coaching associates to drive sales and positive KPI growth. We are looking for someone who is energetic, self motivated and willing to learn as we are a blend of retail and patient care. This role is perfect for someone looking to develop their leadership skills while gaining optical knowledge and patient care. At LensCrafters we have a great training program to support you in learning all things optical and set you up for success as you work with patients and customers to meet all their optical needs.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
