JOB GOALS : To assure the efficient and accurate processing of our client's Payroll andHuman Resource support
- Maintains accurate payroll information by collecting, calculating and reconciling payroll data
- Updates Payroll records by entering changes in employee payroll profile , as applicable
- Process payroll for multiple clients using different payroll systems
- Timekeeping verification for accuracy
- Prepares Payroll reports by compiling summaries of earning, taxes, deductions, etc.
- Generate paystubs, annual W2s and 1099s
- Determines payroll liabilities by calculating Federal, State and local statutory withholdings
- Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing payroll data
- Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures for compliance
- Onboarding, Offboarding and Benefit Open Enrollment support
- Maintain employee records and other confidential information
- Client support for all Payroll and some HR related functions
