REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma; Associate's Degree or higher preferred
• 2 years insurance/mortgage/banking experience required
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Accuracy, efficiency and a proactive approach to problem solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of professionalism with strong interpersonal skills
• Outstanding phone etiquette and listening skills

OVERVIEW: This full time support position offers training from the ground up, pairing you with a team to guide you every step of the way. This position requires document review with an exceptional attention to detail. Prior experience as a Title Processor for a mortgage company or Loan processor for a bank would also be considered as past experience if you do not have any insurance experience. We will also assist with getting the appropriate Property and Casualty licensing.

As a member of the Lenz-Balder team, you will develop key professional skills such as building business relationships, effective communication, working within a team, and working on behalf of the customer. You will be an advocate for our clients, investigating insurance policy coverages and assisting in the daily operations of our Commercial Lines Department.

In this position you will learn a variety of commercial insurance coverage options. In addition to mastering Lenz-Balder's agency management system and internal processes, you will also be required to become comfortable navigating various carrier and insurance websites. Daily responsibilities will include issuing certificates of insurance, processing policy changes and audits, obtaining client loss reports, creating summaries of insurance and scanning/indexing documents into our electronic database. In addition, you will assist Account Managers and Account Executives internally, and eventually customers with various insurance needs.
