Position Summary : The Application Engineer will be assigned to the project team to execute Automation, Solution and System projects. This position will also support our sales force in the Pre-Sales phase to win new Lenze Automation Projects and help to achieve our Automation revenue target.
Position Title : Application Engineer
Position Location : Schaumburg, IL
Potential Earnings : $100,000 - $112,000 Sales Incentive Program (Dependent on Experience)
Key Responsibilities Include :
- Developing customer PLC or HMI software
- Commissioning of Lenze Solutions and Systems
- Automation project support via phone, remote desktop and onsite
- Internal and external Automation, Solution and Systems training.
- Provide sales support to field sales, this includes regional training as well as sales support calls
- Project management
- Help to grow our Automation solutions revenue
- Perform all other duties / Projects as assigned
- Ability to travel up to 25%
