Position Summary : As an Electrical Support Engineer I, the primary responsibility is supporting Lenze customers with basic electronic products. This would include phone and email support with rare cases of onsite support. In the role you would interact with our internal and external sales teams, customers, customer care, and other technical teams. You would assist with product selection, troubleshooting, parameterization, and providing general support for Lenze customers.

Location : Uxbridge, MA
Potential Earnings : $85,000
Key Responsibilities Include :
- Responds to technical support questions relating to Lenze Electronic products via phone and email.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, assist with product selection, assist with programming, and wiring for electronic products.
- Will assist with identifying migration options for older electronic products.
- May include up to 10% of traveling / onsite.
- Keep up to date and informed on all company products, services, and policies.
- Always presents a professional image of Lenze.
- Seek opportunities to promote the services offered by Lenze.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.
- Utilizing SAP and CRM to provide accurate data to our customers
- Integrate with our sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure timely answers to our customers.
