Main Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the overall product management strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor and develop the Product Managers.
- Global Coordination: Work closely with the global teams to align product strategies with global business objectives.
- Market Insight and Execution: Act as the 'Voice of the Market', gathering insights for customer needs, competitor analysis and emerging trends.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop and implement KPI's and Metrics through CRM for the management of the opportunity funnel with target accounts.
