Position Summary : The Process Engineer - Production Support will bridge the gap between production operations and IT Systems to ensure smooth and efficient production processes. They are responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes through technology, troubleshooting issues and supporting both engineering and IT teams to maintain production efficiency.
Position Title : Process Engineer - Production Support IT (Specialist)
Location : Uxbridge, MA (hybrid)
Potential Earnings : $80,000 - $90,000 dependent on experience
Key Responsibilities Include :
- Set up and Maintenance of connectivity of production equipment to the IT system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issue with SAP ME.
- Creation and distribution of work instructions for Production End users.
- Training and Support of users of all MES Production Process software.
- Support the implementation of Projects that target CIP with regards to Production Processes, Factory Automation and Digitalization in collaboration with Headquarters.
- Interface with Local and Global Change Teams to support Design, Process and Product changes.
- As an SAP ME Key user, maintenance of SAP ERP Workstations, SAP_ME work-centers, resources, Routings, work instructions.
- Day-to-day support to Production for productions Process IT issues.
