Position Summary : The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for sales performance in their assigned regions by developing and executing the overall strategy, leading, and developing their team, and nurturing internal relationships.

Location : Northeast US
Potential Earnings : $145,000 - $165,000 25% bonus plan
Key Responsibilities Include :
- Responsible for the Northeast Region
- Leads and manages the execution of direct, Rep, and distributor annual sales targets for their assigned regions.
- Lead and develop direct reports as well as the next generation of RSM's.
- Execute the growth strategy in their region as set by the VP of Sales & Marketing
- Willingness to travel 30-50%
