Who We Are:

At Hoffmann Center, we're more than just a nonprofit mental health agency-we're a dedicated team committed to transforming lives. Our Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) specializes in working with adolescent male youth, providing them with the support and care they need to heal and grow.

What You'll Do:

Clinical Oversight & Supervision

✔ Lead & Support - Provide individual & group supervision for therapists, unit supervisors, and clinical staff.
✔ Treatment Plan Review - Ensure alignment with best practices & regulatory requirements.
✔ Monitor Client Progress - Oversee assessments, interventions, & therapy plans.
✔ Ensure Compliance - Uphold licensing & accreditation standards.
✔ Crisis Intervention - Guide staff in responding effectively to emergency situations.

Staff Development & Training

✔ Mentor & Coach - Support staff growth & professional development.
✔ Lead Trainings - Conduct workshops on evidence-based practices & trauma-informed care.
✔ Facilitate Case Consultations - Foster team discussions & problem-solving.

Program Leadership & Collaboration

✔ Work with a Multidisciplinary Team - Partner with psychiatrists, social workers, and direct care staff.
✔ Enhance Treatment Approaches - Implement innovative & research-backed therapies.
✔ Foster a Positive Treatment Environment - Ensure a safe, therapeutic atmosphere for clients and staff.
✔ Advocate for Clients - Ensure high-quality, individualized care for every youth in our program.

Administrative Responsibilities

✔ Monitor Documentation & Compliance - Ensure accurate & timely record-keeping.
✔ Enhance Program Development - Refine services based on data & client feedback.
✔ Participate in Audits & Reviews - Ensure program effectiveness & regulatory compliance.
✔ Manage Workflows - Oversee scheduling, caseload assignments, and workload distribution.

Ethical & Cultural Competency

✔ Uphold Ethical Standards - Maintain HIPAA compliance & client confidentiality.
✔ Promote Diversity & Inclusion - Foster a culturally responsive & inclusive therapeutic approach.

What You Bring:

Education: Master's degree or higher in Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related human services field (MFT, MA, MS, Psy.D., Ph.D.).
Licensure: LMFT, LICSW, LPCC (Minnesota license required).
Experience: Minimum 2 years working with adolescents facing emotional & behavioral challenges and their families.
Age Requirement: Must be 21 and able to pass a Minnesota Department of Human Services background check.
