Leo Berwick is looking for a Vice President to join our growing Infrastructure, Renewables and Energy Transition Financial Due Diligence deal team.

Responsibilities

Mentor, lead and develop junior staff.

Participate in financial due diligence engagement related to acquisitions or divestments.

Analyze business plans and publicly available information on the target business.

Review all historic financial data available related to the proposed deal.

Evaluate potential synergies and post-merger integration considerations.

Report key issues and risks to our clients.

Correlate due diligence findings with client valuations and manage expectations of service.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or related field required.

CPA or comparable accounting / finance designation preferred.

Experience with a start-up organization and / or a large professional services organization.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

A self-starter who is comfortable working remotely and in an unsupervised environment.

Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

The successful candidates must be able to travel within Canada and the USA.
