Position Overview : We are seeking a motivated and experienced Landscaping Field Supervisor to lead our onsite teams and ensure the highest standards of service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for landscaping.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and manage daily landscaping operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and oversee the work of landscaping crews, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and address any issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and procurement of materials.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

• Prepare and submit reports on project progress, resource allocation, and performance metrics.

Available shifts and compensation : Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $26.00 - $30.00 / hour.
