About the Role
LEO Pharma is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Digital and Consumer Marketing US, to lead our digital marketing efforts in the United States. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies for healthcare professionals and consumers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage online and print media channels and develop consumer marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, execute, and measure digital activities for HCPs and Consumers
- Develop consumer marketing strategies, including patient ambassador programs
- Manage online and print media channels for both audiences
- Work with digital vendors/partners to support the execution of consumer and HCP media plans
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of relevant digital/CRM marketing experience (Pharma preferred)
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- Understanding of the Veeva platform, including legal, medical, and regulatory team meetings and processes/submissions
- Understanding of multi-channel media, social, display, programmatic, paid search, including relevant 3rd party/endemic vendors
- Demonstrates digital competency across both end-user and backend
- Ability to support multiple agencies across interdependencies to build executable strategies/tactics
