As a Senior Manager, Digital and Consumer Marketing US, you will oversee digital marketing strategies for healthcare professionals and consumers. You will manage online and print media channels for both audiences. Additionally, you will develop consumer marketing strategies, including patient ambassador programs. Your focus will be on engaging with HCPs, consumers, and patient ambassadors to drive brand awareness and achieve marketing goals.

About the Role:
As a Senior Manager, Digital and Consumer Marketing US, you will oversee digital marketing strategies for healthcare professionals and consumers. You will manage online and print media channels for both audiences. Additionally, you will develop consumer marketing strategies, including patient ambassador programs. Your focus will be on engaging with HCPs, consumers, and patient ambassadors to drive brand awareness and achieve marketing goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, execute, and measure digital activities for HCPs and Consumers
- Understanding and development of consumer projects and the patient language competency, including typical projects such as the patient congresses, and patient support tactics
- Support person for the Patient Ambassadors
- Support in planning, developing, and executing US omnichannel roadmap; ensure alignment with Global digital plans
- Work with/manage digital vendors/partners
- Support the execution of consumer and HCP media plans on time and budget
- Support person working with key digital production vendors/partners (i.e., AKQA)
Key Areas of Focus:
Websites, IVAs, CRM & SMS, EHRs, telehealth, Webinar Solutions and Congress support, including Veeva submissions and processes
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of relevant digital/CRM marketing experience (Pharma preferred)
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- Understanding of the Veeva platform, including the legal, medical, and regulatory team meetings and processes/submissions
- Understanding of multi-channel media (print and digital) social, display, programmatic, paid search, including relevant 3rd party/endemic vendors
- Understanding of digital projects (initiation, development, and backend) including websites, emails, social media, banners, videos, including digital best practices
- Demonstrates digital competency across both end-user and Backend
- Ability to support multiple agencies across interdependencies to build executable strategies/tactics
- BASIC experience with integrated omnichannel campaigns
- Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
- Data driven decision making with user design and CX/UX at core of thinking
- Experience working and partnering with multiple agencies including, project management, execution, and evaluation
- Ability and willingness to travel as required (Less than 10%]
