Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area while adhering to food safety standards.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and dietary options.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the OpenTable system or similar tools.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring proper sanitation practices are followed.
• Assist with cash handling, including processing payments through the cash register.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and dining areas throughout service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns.
• Uphold food safety standards by following proper sanitation procedures at all times.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Server in fine dining or nightclub settings is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with culinary terms and practices is advantageous.
• Strong math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $4.50 - $13.00 per hour
