Job Summary : Leo’s Market and Eatery is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Facility Care Associate to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our store. As a Facility Care Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Market and Eatery is clean, well-maintained, and provides a welcoming environment for our customers. Primary Responsibilities :

Greet customers and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for all customers.
Respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
Clean and sanitize all areas of the store, including, but not limited to, restrooms, aisles, shelves, and floors, and fueling area.
Work closely with other store staff to ensure that all maintenance needs are met.
Provide support to the store team during busy periods or when additional help is needed.
Replenish products and supplies to always ensure in-stock conditions in the cooler and shelving, including checking dates and product rotation.
Communicate with management regarding customer requests and vendor-related concerns.
Support, follow and adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures and practices.
Assist with special projects or deep cleaning tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications / Skills / Abilities :

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to provide outstanding customer service by providing pleasant greetings and parting remarks to guests including making eye contact; assisting guests with their requests and / or needs.

Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.

Due to the nature of work, must be at least 18 years old.

Education / Certifications and Experience :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Underground Storage Tank (UST) Training, to be provided.

Physical Demands :

Constantly standing, walking, reaching with hands & arms, using hands and fingers to handle & feel, and talking & hearing. Constantly lifting or exerting force up to five (5) pounds.

Frequently stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting & bending, tasting & smelling. Frequently lifting or exerting force up to twenty-five (25) pounds.

Occasionally pushing, pulling, climbing, sitting and lifting. Occasionally lifting or exerting force up to fifty (50) pounds.
