Job Summary:
The Eatery Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail eatery establishment, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient operations, and adherence to company standards. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a passion for food, customer service, and team development. This role requires a proactive approach to managing staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring food safety, and creating a positive experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the eatery, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies, ingredients, and other necessary items.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the establishment.
- Customer Service:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere..
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
