JOB TITLE :
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE III
JOB PURPOSE :
This position receives, comprehends, provides, and responds to routine informational inquiries and service requests through various communication technologies, including but not limited to telephones, e-mail, facsimile, postal mail, and the Internet. Responsible for responding to escalated and more complex inquiries on broader topics. Tasks may require simple adaptation and interpretation of provided reference materials.
This position supervises other Customer Service Representatives.

Failure to sign the release or cooperate in test procedures shall be deemed a withdrawal of the employment application.
