All job applicants are subject to drug and alcohol testing. Any offer of employment is contingent upon such applicant testing negative. No applicant will be hired if the individual tests positive for drugs or alcohol, except for a previously disclosed legal drug that a licensed physician has prescribed for a then-existing injury or illness. Before an alcohol or drug test is administered, the applicant must sign a Leo Tech, LLC consent form authorizing the test and permitting the release of test results to the Medical Review Officer (MRO) and the designated Human Resources Representative. Failure to sign the release or cooperate in test procedures shall be deemed a withdrawal of the employment application.
