This key role will serve as a liaison between the field team and office, overseeing various administrative tasks, and supporting safety and training initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the field operations team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Collaborate with field teams on back charge questions, collect missing receipts, and facilitate effective communication between field and office.
- Coordinate site visits, track OSHA training records, manage safety audits, and maintain documentation for compliance.
- Facilitate meetings, manage the field training program, and maintain contact information for effective communication.
- Track and update project progress, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; knowledge of OSHA compliance, requirements, and training a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in construction or a related field.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
