Responsibilities
- Reviewing and analyzing financial statements and reports.
- Organize workflow and produce database summaries, statistics and reports/data extracts as requested.
- Diagnose problems by using established fact-finding procedures, knowledge of processes and procedures.
- Prepare and submit purchase requisitions as needed.
- Track projects burn rates and forecast expected project burn against funding.
- Provide support in tasks such as data entry, preparing reports, and assisting with presentations.
- Preparing reports that detail business performance metrics, including revenue growth or decline, profit margins, and customer satisfaction score.
- Assisting project teams with data quality insights.
- Financial Analyst is supporting financial audits as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required.
- 2 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
- Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to perform in a highly transactional, growing environment.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, SumIfs, PowerPivot).
- Experience with Sage Intact is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
