Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Administrative Coordinator to support our field teams. This key role will act as a liaison between the field team and office, manage various administrative tasks, and support safety and training initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the field operations team, including back charge questions and collecting missing receipts.
- Facilitate communication between field and office teams, assist Managers with reports, and coordinate weekly site walks.
- Collaborate with the Safety Officer on site visits, track OSHA training records, and manage safety audits to ensure complete and accessible documentation.
- Organize meetings, manage the field training program, and maintain contact information for effective communication.
- Monitor and update project progress, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with knowledge of OSHA compliance, requirements, and training an asset.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in construction or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
