ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL
Frances Drake Elementary School
2025-2026 School Year
The Assistant Principal supports the Principal by providing leadership, coordination, and supervision of all aspects of school operations. This position focuses on creating a safe, inclusive, and academically rigorous environment for students in grades K–5, while fostering positive relationships with staff, students, families, and the community.
- Master’s Degree in Educational Administration (preferred) or other appropriate discipline
- Elementary school teaching experience
- Demonstrated involvement in school community
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff and parents
- Certified as Principal/Asst. Principal, PreK-6
