Brand Ambassador/Sales Associate

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and assistance. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others, ensuring that each customer interaction is positive and productive.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, marketing or business, labor or restaurant or hospitality
• 1-2 years of brand ambassador experience
• Degree Not Required - if you have a degree that’s a plus, but comparable work experience is acceptable.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, merchandising, or retail is a plus, but not mandatory
• Must love pets

Responsibilities:

• Progressively manage and maintain contacts with customers
• Source new business through prospecting new customers
• Have one-on-one interactions with customers and give presentations
• Participate in training sessions, conference calls, and sales meetings
• Consult face-to-face with local and prospective clients within an account territory
• Learn how to understand customer needs and assist with product enquiries, to ensure their purchase order gets processed
• Sales and marketing presentations in person
• Face to face sales consultations
• In person customer service and sales
• Product demonstrations

• Schedule: Flexible Schedule, Training Thursday-Monday 10a-7p

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $900.00 - $1,200.00 per week
