Assistant Principal Pool (Elem/Middle/High)

Leon County Schools is seeking dynamic and dedicated educators to join our Assistant Principal Pool. Key responsibilities include: - Collaborating with the principal to implement school-wide initiatives and programs that promote academic excellence. - Assisting in the development and execution of the school improvement plan, ensuring alignment with district goals. - Supporting teachers through professional development and instructional coaching to improve classroom practices. - Monitoring student performance and behavior, implementing strategies to address individual needs and promote a positive school climate. - Engaging with parents, community members, and stakeholders to strengthen partnerships that support student success. - Assisting in the management of daily school operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and compliance with policies.
