We are seeking a skilled and dedicated technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of door lock systems, security cameras, intrusion protection systems, and VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) systems. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of security and communication technologies, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and excellent customer service skills. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Verkada and Meraki systems.

Manage and maintain current and future door locks, security cameras, intrusion protection systems and VOIP systems.
Troubleshoot, Configure and support existing and future systems.
Install, Configure, implement, and support new door locks, security cameras, intrusion protection systems and VOIP systems.
Utilize monitoring and management systems for ensuring proactive performance and trouble analysis. Familiarity with SolarWinds, Cisco Meraki Dashboard and Video Insight.
Ability to communicate technical information verbally and in writing.
Ability to communicate technical information verbally and in writing.
Ability to work on-site during normal business hours and the position will occasionally require working after business hours and on weekends to complete project tasks and / or incident resolution.
Knowledge of the principles, practices, and techniques of computer technology.

Must possess a valid Florida Driver's license and a favorable driving record.
